Overall, we were satisfied with the repair work done on my 2018 Subaru Forrester. We were not greatly pleased with the length of time the repairs took, based on the timeframe that had been given to us at the time the car was taken in. There was also Little communication. after we dropped the car off, to indicate that it would take a long time or why it would. We didn’t really learn the details of that until my husband finally called to talk to the service manager because we had been called indicating that there would be a further completion delay.
