Service Department could not fix my new truck, Then gave up trying.
Bought 2025 Santa Cruz, the car had issues and was not fixed. This forced me to get rid of it at high cost to me. Bottom line I did not feel safe driving it. My issue is warning collision light kept coming on. I figured it was just the car. So I bought a 2026 Santa Cruz, guess what same issue.... The service department said it was impossible. I guess the pictures I had are fakes. I guess I wanted to lose a ton of money getting out of a lease that 6 months old. Emailed Dave Salsito, who passed it on to others in service and sales. They did nothing with new truck.. This has been going on for two months. I love my truck and all I want is what I paid for to work properly. I also feel if they really cared they could have done better on the transaction.. When its about money you see true colors. Its really sad, I loved my salesman, Dan and my service rep Sierra who has since left. They rest of them have been terrible that I just give up. The disrespect for a customer is terrible. How do you not return phone calls or emails. I am not a person that writes reviews but this turned out so bad I had to. Good luck if you buy anything from them.
