Sandy’s Towing Thief

Just the day before, my cv Joint broke in my car. We called AAA to help us with a free tow. Unfortunately we were assigned with Sandy’s. We waited 45 minutes for them to contact us and tell us the guy got another call and so we left the car (mind you the car wasn’t picked up till 1:30 a.m) and I broke down at 11:45. So we decided to leave the car and go home. In my car I had a numerous amount of quarters and change. I took everything valuable out of the car. I moved my change from the change slot and put it in my cup holders which the top closes. So unless you open the top and go through everything you wouldn’t be able to see anything. Today I was in my car and all of my quarters were missing and it was a very very noticeable amount missing. I called Sandy’s only for the lady at the front desk to ask me as if I were dumb if I left my car unlocked (she was the one to tell us to unlock it) and told me that none of their drivers would go through any of your stuff. The car was dropped off at my dads house and he’s not even that low to take change. Told me to call back in the morning for a manager. AUSTIN B. truck number #1156 is a thief and because I don’t have a picture of him taking my money, they can’t really do anything about it. DO NOT CALL HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. I had $15 in change in my car and I’m leaving with $3.35. (If I was robbed, they would have stolen everything) and this Austin guy left change so it wouldn’t be noticeable. AGAIN DO NOT PAY THEM FOR SERVICES, YOU DESERVE BETTER.
