I really had no intention, inkling or desire to purchase a new car this year; but being in a MVA and my car being irreparable there was no other choice. My first visit at Hyundai I met salesman, David Cobb. A very nice knowledgeable young man who provided information and some options that might be available to me soon. (supply and demand issues, etc.) We talked and as I was still in a cast and not driving yet my sister and I left the car lot. We both were impressed with David's no pressure sales presentation as well as his concern for my health. I liked hearing about the warranty information and also the safety factors of the vehicles. When my cast was off and I was able to drive we revisited the car lot and David had a car that just came in and he said he thought it would be a "good fit". Turns out he was right! I did a test drive, we sat down & worked out a deal and now I have a new Venue. I love the vehicle, love that David was able to help me and not pressure me for a sale. David is a real gem as well as salesman Baldy (how can you forget that name?) I stopped in to get some floor mats and have the alarm system checked this past week. Both of them so very attentive, caring and considerate. Job well done, boys! This is my first Hyundai purchase.
