Flat tire Service
the first flat tire I had on this year-old truck , I was under the gun to get it done and went to a place near to me and I think they charged me $400 for that tire saying that the nail was too close to the sidewall and it couldn’t be repaired.

The second time I took a nail in a different tire, I went to SS Auto and they said that, although it was close to the sidewall, they would attempt to repair it for me because it is so much less.

Well, a few months later, it seemed like that tire was losing air so I had SS order a new tire for me. Today, When they went to replace thar tire, they found that the one that they had been repaired was rotated at my last oil change to the right front and therefore this was my third nail in a different tire in the last year. so, as it turns out, the repair that SS did on the second tire held!. And the nail they found in the third tire was too close to the sidewall for repair so I did end up purchasing the replacement but at a much more reasonable price of $265 , Well done SS! You can’t get that kind of service just anywhere.

Tires
Went in for new tires before winter. Steve called me during it to tell me my brakes were due to be changed and gave me a quote right then and there with zero pressure, and saved me on labor since he was already working in the area. As always, a very trustworthy non-pushy business and that’s why I keep coming back. Most places try and upsell, but not this one. Very honest, straight to the point, and treats you like a good friend.

Brakes replaced
I brought my 2012 Ford Escape to S &S Auto and Truck to have my front brakes replaced. I had previously gotten my estimate from them. They got it in on time, and completed the brakes in the estimated time frame. It’s always a pleasure working with Steve and the crew.

Repair of failed brake caliper
One brake caliper failed after only 2 1/2 years and about 10,000 miles. Steve went the extra mile to repair the car quickly and discounted the price of parts and labor.

Last minute oil change
