Poor customer service
Highly regret purchasing my vehicle from S&M motor sports in hickory hills. Unprofessional and rude people especially Yousef or (Joe) who works the finance. I had purchased an extended warranty from them which this dealership chooses not to Honor. They say they can’t do the job because they have No Mechanics, which is true they all left this company for good reason I know one of them personally. But even with no mechanics, that is not an excuse to leave Their Customer high and dry with no help or advice. I contacted the warranty company who themselves SPECIFIED. If S&M Motor sports has NO mechanics they are still held responsible for finding a suitable Location/ Auto shop that CAN work on my car. IF they CANNOT. When I Called S&M to ask them this, I was rudely told “ I have never heard of such a thing” I was then hung up on before being told “I don’t know I’ll ask around” while I was continuing to ask respectfully where I can go if they seemingly can’t help me. Frustrating process as you can imagine, I even asked to speak with another representative besides Yousef(Joe), who wasn’t seeming to be helpful as I explained above, but he told me “Everyone else is on vacation it’s just me and a salesman until the middle of next month”. So you approve vacation time for all your employees at the same time? Doesn't sound like a smart idea.. For a dealership who’s main goal is to provide Service to Their customers with respect, comforting attitude, and desire to want the best possible for their customers, who they rely on, for business. I am nothing short but appalled at there inability to be professional. I advise when your driving past this place, don’t let the sporty looking cars in front fool you, like it fooled me. Keep on driving and buy elsewhere at least. It will save u a headache, money and tons of time. To top it all off, the service I need is an oxygen sensor which joe replied with “there is 8 oxygen sensors on this car which one are you talking about”. I may be 18 years old but I’m a gear head and I know my shit when it comes to cars and My Stang Has FOUR. 2 Upstream before the Catalytic converter and 2 Downstream after the Catalytic converter. Sad to see an 18 year old has more knowledge, understanding, and most importantly respect than Joe (Yousef) does at this location. This is again S&M motor sports located at 7825 95th St, Hickory Hills, IL 60457.
