Quality and Superior Service
I was very, very pleased with both the service, and the professionalism, at Running Right. I needed transmission and coolant flushes, so thought to give them a try. The service was scheduled for 2 hours, and while servicing the vehicle, their multi point inspection showed that the rear shocks were beginning to leak. Replacement parts were ordered, and so there will be a follow-up visit. Mickie was superb at providing information and keeping me posted on service status. She's very thorough: she researched each service to ensure their shop was capable of providing the needed services for my specific vehicle. I can't say enough about her top notch friendliness, helpfulness, politeness, and professionalism. She automatically offered a military discount; I didn't need to ask. I was very comfortable with the competency of the service mechanics/technicians. I feel that quality, superior service was provided. I look forward to using them for as many of my vehicle's mechanical maintenance/repairs as their services allow.
