This has been the worst experience ever at a shop!! My truck was rear ended 3 weeks ago and I dropped it off the same day. After 2 weeks I stopped by to see what was taking so long, they never called with a status update. I was concerned because my truck wa struck on the rear tire and wheel and it bent my axle. I assumed they would be changing my tire as it appeared to have sidewall damage. The owner of the company became upset with me when requested a new tire. He argued with me for 15 minutes over the phone over a tire! He finally said I’ll call your insurance company and I said thank you sir and he slammed the phone down hanging up on me. I stopped by 4 days later, again no call from them, now it’s going on 3 weeks. The two people behind the desk say oh yeah we got you approved for your tire but it’s not on yet. Then they tell me your vehicle has to go to a dealer because they can’t fix the suspension and they look at each other and say I guess we should call a dealer and make an appointment for it. We will call you with An update. Of course no call. I call the next day and the lady said the truck is at the dealership now, I’ll call them right now to get an update and call you right back. You guessed it no call back. That was friday and now they are closed all weekend. What garbage service!
