Worst place ever to take your car
I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. They clearly don’t know what the hell they’re doing They charged my warranty,$8000 for now my car not to even be drivable instead of putting it on a real diagnostic machine, they’re guessing what’s wrong

Ms Swan your vehicle was over the mileage for your warranty to cover your repairs.  Our technicians are ASE certified.  Your vehicle had different problems than the two repairs covered from your warranty company.  You declined service for the repairs.  We do appreciate your business.

It drives great!!!

i loved the fact they didn’t try to push other services on me like other places do. let me know exactly the tread info on my tires and options as to how soon tires will need to be replaced.

I paid Ruby I’ll on W. Silver Spring Dr. over $7900 to replace a motor in my 2008GL 550 Mercedes.
I dropped my 2008GL 550 Mercedes off at Ruby I’ll on W. Silver Spring Dr. they replaced the motor and once I picked my vehicle up once completed I noticed my power steering unit was winding real bad. I took the truck back to them and explain the problem to them they told me it would be a little over $1250

Frustrated and Concerned About Safety
I was having issues with the following:
Suspension / Struts
Rear struts were replaced. Advised to wait until summer for front struts.

Brakes
Advised that my brakes still had much brake pad left on it.

Serpentine Belt
Serpentine belt replaced. I had to return to have it tightened.

When I apply the brakes, the car, steering wheel and front tires shake with rubbing noises. I this happens when I reach speeds of 35 mph or greater. I will make another appointment to get resolve. Mechanic cannot just look at brakes but must drive it at speeds of 35 mph or greater. For now, no freeway driving.

It was a big bill, but they threw in a caliper that wasn't quoted and an oil change. Very fair and efficient.
