Where to start....total for head gasket repair was way off from estimate...was told they thought they could reuse some gaskets...who does that ??? ...who says that
...got the truck back drove for 2 days then was told pilots cooler was plugged...even more bs. When I inspected what I was told plugged the oil cooler and IPR valve it was plin to see it was a silicone gasket or o ring ....truck has never had a problem ....now 6 months later ..ipr is failing again ..I am retiring myself ..missing bolts..missing important things every where.....8200 in repairs for this one job in total .....treat people please like they are stupid ....not a word of lets qork this out together...first and last time I let them or anyone work on my trucks again...when I was shop owner I would have never treated someone in this way or let this kind of work happen
