Please, stay away from this business. They will rip you off! I had a break down and called RPM. They said that they would send a mechanic out to look at it. 3.5 hrs later he showed up. I asked the owner how much it would be before sending anyone out. He told me $1.75 a mile and $102 an hr for labor. After the mechanic showed up I looked at my watch so I would know exactly how long he was there for. It was a simple electrical short and he taped it up and exchanged the fuse. Took him 35 min. Then the owner called me with the bill and charged me $226 dollars because he told me that it had taken his mechanic 2.2 hrs! What a joke. I called him out on it and he told me that it took the tech 45 min to load up his stuff into the truck and drive the 14 miles to get to me. I didn't believe that for one minute so I asked the mechanic how long it had taken him and he told me 15 min. Then the owner started to threaten to send the police if I didn't pay the amount he "said" it was. This shop is dishonest! Look at their other reviews online. This owner has a history of ripping people off and being dishonest.
