Rich said he took his vehicle in and they installed an aftermarket part and when they did that, it fried the electrical system They claimed that they do not install aftermarket parts but they did in fact install this one. Rich strongly feels that they should be liable for that. He told them that if they don't install aftermarket parts, then they should have told him that instead of installing it anyway. They continued telling him it was something else that was the problem. First they said it was the battery so he replaced the battery, then they said it was the battery terminals and he replaced those. Neither one fixed the problem but they still charged him for battery and terminals that he did not need. Then they said it was the headlight and so they ordered a headlight for him. Installed the headlight and it ended up costing $1500 for the headlight plus install, when if he would gone to another faciity, it would have cost only 1000. Rich is a small business owner and he thinks that they should own their mistakes. He tried calling the owner at a later time and he would not get on the phone to speak to him. He will never take his vehicle there again.
