The best auto repair in town!
The staff consistently provides excellent customer service. The lobby and waiting area are clean. They are always honest. Their services are affordable and quick. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

EXCELLENT SERVICE / HONEST MECHANICS
I had a fantastic experience at RPM Auto Specialists! I came in for an oil change and was blown away by the level of service. Lance took great care of me—he was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was done quickly and correctly. The whole team was efficient and honest, and they didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. Prices were more than reasonable, and the service was top-notch.

As a result of their outstanding service, I now bring all my vehicles to them. It’s rare to find an auto shop this trustworthy and dependable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and honest car care!

Fast, Fair, and Reliable Brake Service!
I had my brake pads and rotor replaced at RPM for my 2014 Infiniti q50 and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service was fast, professional, and priced very fairly. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but RPM delivered quality work with a quick turnaround, no hassle, no upselling, just honest and reliable service. They even showed me the brake pad that was worn that warranted the rotor replacement. They are my go-to for service on all of my cars. This isn't my first time using RPM as they are my go-to for servicing my cars and SUV. However, this is my first review. I highly recommend to anyone looking for dependable automotive care!

Another Great Experience at RPM
I kinda don't want to keep doing these reviews because I feel like it's getting harder and harder to get an appointment at RPM. This is MY local mechanic in the town I've lived in for almost 30 years. MINE MINE MINE!!! Please please please find somewhere else to take your car. This is MY mechanic. Please go to Smyrna or Kennesaw or somewhere, hell, anywhere else. Just GO. In fact, if you don't live in Douglas County you can't come to RPM. Period.

Trustworthy
This was my second visit to our PM auto. This time I went in for an oil change. I could’ve gone anywhere for an oil change, but I prefer to go here because of their efficiency, their professionalism and their fair pricing. We talked about future services, but there was no pressure, just advising me what service needs to be performed and asking when I would like to come back. I will surely return for for services.
