Well Earned Positive Reputation
Needing engine work, I took to the internet to find a shop in the St. Charles Co. area. I soon found Roy's Garage and the reviews told me this was the business I was seeking. Kevin analyzed the engine problem, explained to me what he expected to find, and prepared an estimate. After leaving my vehicle for repair and it was in the shop, Kevin called to offer me the opportunity to look at what they had found when they disassembled the engine but before they removed the bad parts. That's the kind of service I like. They proceeded with the repair and the final bill was almost spot on the original estimate. Roy's has my vehicle repair business from now on!
