Friendly and Honest Service

I went to Roy's to get my CV boots fixed, but while I was there, they also found another problem (during their complimentary inspection) and helped me take the steps to get that fixed as well. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful - she shopped around for good prices for me and ended up saving me over 400 dollars on parts. The mechanics were honest in their work and made sure I understood the process step-by-step. I got a 30-point inspection and both of the boots fixed for less than the price it cost a Volvo dealership to do one inspection. I will go to Roy's for all the future issues that come up in my car - I absolutely loved it!
