The good intention for customer service is there, but not satisfied. Dropped off my car early in the morning for an oil change and was told there were 2 people ahead of me, so it wouldn't be long. At 2 o'clock I called and "it will be ready soon". At 3 o'clock I returned to the station and the paperwork and car were ready, but girl said she didn't know if I had been called or not and just waited until service manager returned from lunch. Then I was quoted a completely unreasonable amount to fix my brakes, which luckily I know another mechanic who took care of me. Needless to say I will not be returning or recommending your business to anyone.

After reviewing the estimate, I must agree that there was an error in quoting Julies ticket.  There was extra labor added on that didnt need to be there since the labor for the calipers would have covered it.  For that I am truly sorry.  I will be contacting julie in regards to this and Roving Auto is truly sorry for the confusion
