Very pleased with the response times and service. Got a call from the technician saying I didn't have an immediate need for some of the service I had requested - I had them do it anyway because I didn't want to have to deal with it in six months, but I appreciated the call and knowing that they wanted to make sure I got what I actually needed, not what I thought I needed.
