New management has real teething problems
When changing snow tires to summer tires on the Sonata Hybrid I bought new from the dealership...as well as the snow tires...it was found one of my summer tires had an unrepairable nail hole in its sidewall...they didn't see this in December when they mounted the snow tires on? In any event, ordered two new tires (for rear axle). Waited an hour on 4/26 for installation and then told tires were not in stock. Called today, tires are in, but young lady now in charge of appointments (don't try to use the web site's system!) says I cannot come in until May 5. !!!!

You know, they may have had some troubles when Dino was the owner, but through 9 vehicles (6 new, 2 leased, 1 used) there has never been a problem we didn't work out, and I always returned for all my service work. I like to think that my family and I have been good customers. I am now embarrassed that I have recommended friends to purchase vehicles here. Clearly "Mr. McGovern," if there really is one, does not care. He had best get his new management squared away or this once excellent dealership that Dino worked so hard to build is going right down the toilet.

Trying to make an appointment difficult
Trying to make an appointment for my car was extremely difficult. No one answered the phone in service. I would have to call back and explain why I was calling again. Left my name and number for a call back. No one called back. I was told I could go to another dealership. This was closest to my home. After 4 days and numerous calls I finally got an appointment. A month out from when I was hoping to get it. Rte 2 Hyundai has gone down hill. I used to brag about them. Now it is different

Absolute Scam Artists
Route 2 Hyundai is absolutely terrible to their loyal customers and they refuse to take responsibility for the way they treat people, and worse, the poor excuse for "service" they provide. We have brought our vehicle to them multiple times in the past year for the same issue, the engine, which they replaced twice with a "low-mileage" used engine, which then died again (while still under warranty). They are refusing to take responsibility and haven't looked at the vehicle in the month and a half they've had it. They are rude and passive. The last time this happened, they held onto our vehicle for six months. They helped us out with a rental after maybe five of those months? When we call to follow up, they haven't even taken a peek at it! And when we don't like that, it's "not their problem." The service manager actually said this to my partner... how rude can you be? We have had nothing but issues since buying our (2016) Tucson in 2020. They don't do what they say they are going to do. That's if you can even get them to say they'll do anything at all. Avoid this place like the plague. I'd rate them 0/10 stars if I could. :)

Very bad experience
I did bring the car as a tow. After 9 days they informed the needed diagnosis but I have to pay from pocket. my Car was in 2016 and only 43k on that. Still under warranty. I have to tell them yes ? please do that. I need a car very badly but also rent a car all most 1 month from my pocket. Also paid $725 in the bill from the dealer.

Confusing information
I was told two different things about my service package. Either I was told wrong information at point of sale, or they don’t have my information in the system. I’m still giving a positive overall rating, as most of my experiences here have been good, and I’m giving the benefit of the doubt while I dig in to what is going on with my service.

Damaged my vehicle
Vehicle was brand new, few months old. Brought it here for it's very first service and it came back with two doors damaged with many scratches and paint chips from being hit with something. Dealer blamed me for doing it, yet it was 100% fine before dropping it off and 100% not fine when I picked it up. Horrid guy that we spoke with. Going through corporate to rectify the situation
