Dropped my Kia off the night before for a 8 am appointment for an oil change and winter tire installation with the expectation that they would work on the vehicle early in the day. Received a call at 2:35 pm that there were no lug nuts for the winter tires. It took us a few minutes to figure out that they had been misplaced and that we would need to buy new ones. It was too late for them to get replacements so the primary reason for the appointment was not completed. If I had known earlier I could have picked up the needed lug nuts which were available at Belle Tire. I had the lug nuts in my hands at 4:30 but the shop closed early that day so I had to have someone else change the tires for me. I have used Ron's for many years but my most recent few experiences have left me wondering if I should look for another garage.
