Excellent Service
I have taken my 2011 Kia Rio to Romitas for repairs several times in the last year. Each time, my car has been returned to me good as new. The first time she went in, I was given their recommendations of what need to be done, in a prioritized list along with photos of the repairs needed. Pedro, who I would say is the "face of the company", spent some time explaining what needed to be done, adjusted the list to fit my budget and patiently answered all my questions. The guy could write a book on customer service!
There are times when I have gone to simply AutoZone and the tech laughs at my questions or belittles me because I'm a female who has no clue when it comes to car maintenance. I have NEVER felt anything like that at Romitas. Since my car's first appointment, I have always felt at ease and comfortable asking any question, knowing that Pedro has the knowledge and understanding it takes to answer them. If he doesn't know, he will find the answer as quickly as he can.
The staff, in general, have a way of letting the customer know that they, as company, care and and will go that extra mile, if need be. Janeth is sweet and easy to talk to. She also has a reassuring quality that puts you at ease, when worried about your vehicle.
I also want to mention how this company cares about its community.
-They work with financially troubled students at Fresno City College (through grants from specific programs). A HUGE thank you to Romitas for accepting these grants and making it possible for students (and parents) to get to school and back home.
- They make sure you get home safely by ordering a Lyft home.
- They have good local recommendations for other services. My tires got slashed at one point and they recommended a tow truck service. The guy who did my tow was quick to my rescue. He was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. I wish I could remember his name or company, but it was a good recommendation!
Looking back at my repair reports, I believe Jose G has been the tech who has worked on my car the most. Along with Juan G, Cristain O, and Yeng Y (and if I'm leaving a tech out, apologies.. ) T h a n k y o u! Seriously, guys, you have no idea what these repairs have meant to my family. My car is what keeps us rolling. So all your hardworking, time, and effort you guys have put into my Kia Rio, is appreciated and doesn't go unnoticed. Keep up the good work. Jose- my car runs like a champ now! It's never driven so smooth since I've gotten it. Good work.
I would (and have) recommend people take their cars to Romitas.
