If I could give 0 stars, I would. This guy is rude and a bully. I took my truck to him on March 19, 2025, where he completed an oil change and front/rear rotors and brakes. Two and a half months later, I could hear scraping and knocking, and the brake pedal when nearly to the floor. We called Rocky's on a Thursday to see if he could take a look to see what was going on with the left front. He screamed at my wife on the phone, never letting us tell him the issue, so we called another mechanic. When they put it on the lift, he called me immediately and stated that what he saw looked deliberate. Whatever mechanic at Rocky's worked on my truck took the tire off the hub and didn't properly secure it when putting it back. One bolt was stripped, one was loose, and one was completely gone. This caused severe damage to the wheel hub, steering knuckle, brakes, and rotors. I have a video to prove it. It will cost over $2,000 to fix the mess that Rocky's created. Also, the other mechanic told me that if I kept driving it, the wheel would have come off and could have potentially killed me and/or created a fatal accident. Rocky didn't want to hear any of it. He became aggressive and literally chased us out of his office and got in my wife's face to where we had to call the police. Do not use Rocky's...not only is he a bully, but his auto service is dangerous.
