I have been a customer with Rocco's for over 10 years and the reason why is because of their courtesy and customer service. This week I inadvertently stopped by the shop toward the end of the day to see if someone could take a quick look at my Range Rover. One of the cameras was detached from its mounting bracket inside the front bumper. The garage was packed with cars and it was a busy time. I spoke to Daniel the garage manager and Chase the advisor and they glady took a look at the vehicle and immediately put it in the garage to see what could be done. In 15 minutes they had the camera fixed and gave me a thumbs up and sent me on my way back home. You can't ask for better attention and more importantly the willingness to please a customer. Thank you again for your continued great service and courtesy.
