Todd..working in South Bend for a bit..From Detroit
I showed up Monday during the snow fun. I needed 4 tires and front end work. Rob immediately said not gonna happen today because of the obvious and I was a walk in.
So this morning (24hrs) I was back and talked with Rob and Cody.
Instantly off the hip 4 tires..hub bearing..actually 2 and a oil change..I was verbally quoted a price.
Cody reached out when needed and presto..
It was all done and the price was very reasonable and within a few dollars of the standing outside at 8am price.
Excellent work and what great people.
Other businesses no matter what they do could learn from Robs business model.
Thanks guys... might just drive south now..way south!!
