took my car in within minutes of driving in!
while driving home from appoinment in sbge, ma, there was a loud grinding sound coming from the back/underneath car. (of course it was on the day of the blizzard) I called my brother and asked what he thought could be...he had a few guesses but said if Rob's automotive was open to stop there.. after checking the car they found a swaybar was broken and could probably get the part the same day and it would be ready by the next morning...my brother drove me home and the next day after the repair was done they called and told me that after the test drive the noise was still there, then they found a wheel bearing was gone on my back tire so they kept it a few hrs longer , fixed it and then picked me up to return to the shop to pay and then drove safely home!
