Worst experience of my life with any mechanic. As a premier AAA customer had my car towed to this awful place. Needed fuel pump told I could get a new one for alittle over $300 or a used one for $175. I’m on SS disability so I chose the lesser. After paying $292.36 I picked up my car. First time I filled car up I realized my fuel gauge was not working. I called to explain this and mechanic mike said no problem he’d fix it then he went started into prices of how much more I would have to spend. I told him why would I have to spend more when my gas gauge was not broken to begin with. He started ranting about all these things that a mechanic would know saying that I should have known all these things. Finally he agreed to fix it and end our relationship After that and I agreed. When I went to the shop on the date he told me he went right back to. telling me he would only fix it if I paid him when I said I wouldn’t he kicked me out of the shop.I don’t understand how a customer is responsible for mechanics Failure.And now I’m taking them to court even though I can’t afford it I’m still gonna take them to court because it’s just wrong to take it vantage of people like this.
