While on a trip to Branson,MO. My fifth wheel rv broke down. One of my spring shackles broke completely off, allowing the tires to rub each other. This caused the tires to eat each other and caused a lot of smoke. I called On Star and they directed me to them, and they were 4 miles ahead of me. Driving very slowly, I limped into there shop. The manager came out and looked at it and immediately said you need a welder! But it so happens that he knew one and he called him on the spot. When the welder arrived he knew what part he needed. And said he would go and get it. After returning with the part, the shop provided all the jacks and tools that he needed to replace the broken shackle. Now the shackle is replaced. The shop replaced the two bad tires and we there back on the road. This all happened with in about 4 hours. I cannot tell you how this shop went completely out of their way to help us. They did a awesome job. It could not have been better!! I would give them 10 stars, if I could, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
