Michael said his vehicle sat there for 8 months, they didn't print out a diagnostic, he was only told over the phone. He had to tow it there and back just to be told there were parts missing, just give them $4,000-$5,000 to start. When his wife asked for a printed diagnostic, the staff member was rude.

Sorry Mr. Hepstall when your vehicle was towed in you weren't in any hurry we had projects before yours. We looked at your vehicle it would take several hours to put back together. When we inspected the vehicle before work there were a lot of parts removed and in the vehicle. Also a lot of wiring was cut and aftermarket wiring started but not completed for drivetrain. This project would take lots of time and would require a deposit. Your diagnostic paper work was put inside your vehicle no one was rude.
