Fast, and reasonably priced for work done!
Enjoyed the title comments as well as their thoroughness in pointing out other problems needing attention in the near future. Provided estimates for my consideration in the invoice notes. Also appreciated the commuter ride provided back home while repairs were made.

Excellence
Roberts is an excellent repair shop.
In past they did great work on ny 1997 Honda Civic DX with no upselling.
Now our 2017 RAV 4 gets serviced.

Replacement of Certain Parts As Honda Pilot Approaches 100,000 Miles
Christian was personable and very helpful. I had Honda-recommended 100,000-mile service done. Replaced timing belt, serpentine belt, and water pump, and had a thorough valve cleaning and adjustment.

They are the mechanical ER for our car
For several years, we have been bringing in our old, worn-out PT Cruiser to Roberts for repairs. Each time we have brought it in, we believed it was on its last legs. However, each time we bring it in, Roberts takes it in and, like the skilled mechanics they are, they revive our car. They are considerate of our needs and, despite the numerous auto repair shops closer to us, Roberts is our preferred auto care center.

Check up
I recently took my car in because the engine check light was on. When I made the appointment no price was discussed for services. When my son dropped the car off they made him sign a contract that I would be paying $350 for a check up! Had I kown, I would not have brought my car in at all. They also wanted to charge me over $1,000 to fix my AC which I’ve already paid hundreds to fix with them recently. I had a lot of faith in them that has now been completely lost. Super disappointed.
