Roadside Services towed my vehicle to their Springdale yard after a collision to wait on insurance to begin repairs. I was told by the tow truck driver that standard procedure is to leave the car keys in the seat and that their yard is fenced in & very secure. However, my vehicle was stolen from their tow yard with the owner of the business being suspected of hindering the investigation. And they conveniently don't have any security cameras on premises. I HIGHLY recommend against ever using any of their services.
