John's arthritis makes it where he can't be at the shop as much as he would like all the time, but he is just a phone call away and only a block away from the shop if you felt you needed him to come up there. Since we are multi generation family business the third generation will continue to run our shops just the way John has. John's daughter Jean fills in for John now and she will watch out for you, Larry is still there too. They will get John on the phone for you at any time you have a complaint, feel you have been overcharged or just need reassurance.
