Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I purchased a Colorado and right from the beginning I had issues with it shaking. I would take it in and they kept telling me it was the tires so I saved up bought tires and the issue still kept occurring. They kept sending me away saying nothing was wrong so I finally took it to Rudolph and it was the transmission… I had tried to get Rudolph to work on it but rise v refused anytime Rudolph would call to get authorization to work on the vehical for the extended warranty. After waiting 2 months at Rudolph I finally took it to rise v and told them the issue and they insisted nothing was wrong and I had to emphasize I had extended warranty then they were all over it only to have me without a truck for 11 months there cause they couldn’t get in the parts to fix it… all the staff was clueless ever-time I called it was different excuses and different dates the vehical would be really everyone kept saying different lies never had there story straight even told me it was ready 5 different times just to show up and them tell me oh sorry we got you confused with another customer … this dealer ship is a joke don’t waste your hard earned money or months of your time waiting for them to fix a vehicle they said was good to drive since day one.
