This was my first experience with Ripon Auto. My oil change was done quickly and professionally.
While I waited I had a window into the daily activity of the shop. I overheard as Adam spoke to customers. He gave them information about their cars without pushing service or repairs. I overheard him let a customer know they could still drive it and it would be okay and what to look for as a part might start to deteriorate. I was extremely impressed with the honesty. I will be back!
