Absolutely terrible customer service! Rob gets extremely upset if you are knowledgeable about bodywork. I had to take my vehicle back twice after having it repaired due to it being put back together incorrectly. Also, the vehicle was not taped off correctly. When painted when I received the vehicle back, there is a big mark on my passenger side fender. Rob assured me that a clay bar would remove this. It did not, and he still returned my vehicle like this. The shop is very unprofessional and their employees are incompetent in doing their job. They have extremely long repair times and could care less if you have to pay for a rental out-of-pocket. If you’d like good service check out fineline auto body. Stay away from Rife’s !!
