Rifes sets reasonable expectations upfront with regard to timetables, etc. and either meets those or exceeds them. The staff communicates well, the mechanics do a great job securing certified parts and repairing what is necessary to bring the automobile back to baseline and they do it in a timely fashion even with the supply chain issues ... they provide great service from start to finish
