Brake Pads Replaced
RIDETIME, gets it RIGHT all the time. Meaning, CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROMPTNESS, and more importantly RIDETIME is a local and an HONEST Auto Business. So in preparation for my annual inspection, I purchased both front and rear brake pads for replacement. As it turned out, I only needed to replace the rear pads. Josh, the top notch mechanic that he is - took the time to show me that the front pads are still within specifications and I forego the front. Nowadays, this level of honesty is rear and it's so refreshing. For that reason and more, neighbors I ask - and please I am asking for you to support this local business. This is the caliber of local businesses that we must get behind and support. In addition, I received my appointment the following day after my ask- zero wait!
In sum, Randy and Josh - thank you for your service and May GOD continue to bless you and your business.
