I paid for a full synthetic oil change for my girlfriend in full, made her an appointment and had her take her truck in. At the end, they tried to charge her an additional $20 for no reason and another quart of oil. She is non-confrontational and so she just paid it. Then when she told me I called them up pretending I was a new customer and caught them in a lie admitting that the total cost would have been $49.99 flat with no extra taxes, disposal fees, etc. Now I'm fighting with them to get a refund and it's been 5 days.
