Despite being a little behind due to the owner recovering from major medical work, the team went above and beyond to take care of me. I arrived about 10 minutes late and had my one-year-old with me, with no easy way to leave my car. Even though I missed my scheduled window, they worked quickly to get me into the shop, which I really appreciated.
Jeremy was especially friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. What stood out most was his honesty—he didn’t just push services from their shop but also gave helpful advice on sourcing parts and doing some of the work myself. That kind of transparency is rare and speaks volumes about their integrity.
