Courteous treatment & fair price
We were visiting from out of town, and while the repair we had done was rather simple, they were able to get in done really quickly so that we could get back to our vacation without spending too much time at the repair shop. We had made an appointment for the next morning, but since we were near the shop that afternoon, we stopped in to see if we could get the repair done then rather than wait for the next day. They had the parts in stock and were able to accommodate us quite conveniently. If we are ever in the area and need repairs done to our vehicle, we will be coming back to Rick's.
