Great Service, Great People
We had previously had the distributor changed at a different shop and it didn't quite run right but it was running. Our van was running very weak and would stall in traffic which was very scary. If we called about the van, everyone who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They took their time, checked, re-checked and checked again before they contacted us with what they thought might be the problem. They replaced the distributor and it has been running as if it were new off the line. We are very pleased with Rick's Service Center and we are now clients for life.
