Avoid this dealership!! June 2024 I purchased a lithium battery for my 2019 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. I installed my battery and two mons later the battery was dead. I jump started my vehicle and returned to Rick Hill for battery testing etc. CJ Hill Rick Hill's son informed me that I had no battery warrenty because Rick Hill didn't install the battery and program the battery to my vehicle to allow for registrationand warrenty. He stated it's not the parts departments responsibility to inform customers that they have no battery warrenty unless Rick Hill programs the battery to the vehicle. After a lengthy discussion they agreed to program my battery to my vehicle and register my $1000.00 lithium battery cost $172.00. Three days later I receive a call from Rick Hill service dept informing me that the mechanic had detected a emergency radiator fan code and recommended replacing my fan $3000.00 charge. When I returned i was informed the fan wasn't the problem after all it was the fan electrical plug. The mechanic/technician determined the electrical fan connection was loose and needed to be cleaned charge $1300.00. I asked to discuss my repair initially but was told the mechanic was on lunch break. When I returned 2 hrs later I was told again he was on lunch break!! I was also told initially that my USB port wasn't functioning but when I plugged my cell into my port everything was working flawlessly. This dealership is being ran by Rick Hills son CJ Hill whom I found to be very rude, pompous
and condescending and definately not capable of managing Rick Hill BMW/Porsche. In conclusion, in my opinion i would avoid all contact with this dealership at any cost. Sincerely, Dr Mark E Clark retired military ?
