Estimated pick up day dec 8th. Didn’t get car till after new years. New scratches on a brand new hood that they just put onto my car. Tail lights weren’t properly put it (looked like they were gonna fall off), and the hood wasn’t placed properly either. Huge gaps!

Quality Work and Good Communication

After dealing with the poor communication and inability to secure repair parts from Caliber Collision, we shifted to Rick Hendrick. From drop off to pick up, the communication was great. They were able to start work roughly a week after the initial assessment and while the repair timeline roughly doubled due to multiple factors, the team was very communicative as to where the car was in terms of the repair process and why any particular delays were occurring. In the end, the work done was top notch and we’re very happy with how the overall repair turned out.

While I hope we never need body work again, if we do, we’re going to go back to Rick Hendrick.

Ryan made my experience with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet seamless and painless. He kept me informed and educated about the repairs being done to my vehicle and the process to complete those repairs. Quick turnaround once the repairs were started

It took a month to get a drop off appointment, but once the car was in their shop the repairs took less than a week. (Full rear bumper cover replacement)

My only issue was the state of the car after the repairs. The car detailing was done well, inside and out. The issue was that the car was driven when the tire dressing was wet and it sprayed onto the rest of the car. I also had to clean tree sap off of the paint

Fast, like new repairs

Rick Hendrick Chevrolet did an awesome job repairing my wreck damage. My car now looks like new and drives that way, too.

Vehicle repair 2nd time

I brought my vehicle to Karen Haas after finding out that a body shop in the area did not complete the repairs and instead just caused damage upon damage. My vehicle took 28 days to be completed with Hendrick while it only took 12 days at the original shop which is how I know this job was done right. I am thankful that it took longer with Karen because she made sure everything was done right the first time with parts being ordered and the repairs being done. My vehicle looks brand new in my opinion.
