TERRIBLE SERVICE- LACK OF COMMUNICATION
A high pressure a/c hose was needed for the service of vehicle. This was not available at the dealership and was ordered. This took 10 business days to get back to dealer. No communication from Service advisor.I had to keep calling and he had no answer as to why part was taking so long and forward my call to parts dept.. Daily temp. was 95 degrees. I had to drive in that temp 1 hr each way to work daily. When I requested a loaner I was told there were none available. Other services prior to this were good.
