I can tell you for sure that whoever at Hyundai told you that warranty decisions are discresionary is totaly misinforming you and I have forwarded yoour comments to Hyundai management to counsel with that employee as warranty decisons are made by Hyundai and not dealership personel. If we could have submitted a claim and be paid from Hyundai we would have gone that route, however Hyundai only covers adjustment for 12 month and unfortunately your vehicle is well past that period.We would like to apologize to you for not fully meeting your expectation and hope that on your next visit we could earn a “five star” rating.
