Caring after the service
I had an awesome and surprising experience. I took my car for a big check-up on 11/21/15 since I would be driving from Florida to New Jersey and then come back To my surprise, while having breakfast at "Cracker Barrel" my cell phone rang and it was my Service Advisor Kurt Dezember asking how was the car behaving and wishing me a safe travel. Now, where do you find that kind of care and service? Thank you for having employees that not only sell you a service but care for you not only as a customer but as an individual. Thumbs Up!
