I have traded my Lexus ES 350 with Hyundai Genesis in March 2024. After 2 months also, I am getting bill from Lexus financial. I called up Genesis Dealership send an email to Ernesto Fuentes, Tracey Cohen and Yosuan Martinez. They told me that check has been send to Lexus Financial but Lexus financial did not receive check. I have been calling Genesis Dealership continuously. The person who is responsible Ernesto Fuentes never take up call and fake voicemail says that he is on vacation. It is really frustrating. I will never ever buy any car from Rick Case. I think it is scam.
