Knowledgeable and honest

On our way to WA from UT, engine in our Kia stopped. We limped into Rich’s. They hadn’t yet opened, but the owners son put the car on the rack and began to diagnose. Although our car was older, he remembered hearing that there may have been a recall on our engine, and told us to go right to the dealer. He was right. Dealer put in a new engine and Rich’s got nothing, but our undying gratitude. Knowledgeable and honest, we wish Rich’s was in Utah!
