Tow service
I have roadside assistance through my insurance. I made a claim and was assigned this company, I contacted this company to ask a question about arrival time and the lady that answered the phone had a disgusting attitude and smart comment “are you asking a question or what are you saying” when I asked what time they were going to be at the car because it was unclear she said “I just told you”. Very unprofessional!!! The last time I was assigned this company, they told me an arrival time and didn’t show up until an hour and a half later and wasted my time, which is why I called. They need a new person to answer the phone because that is not okay!
