As a single mom, I have always felt very comfortable with all of the staff at Richard's Automotive. The mechanics and staff at Richard's Automotive Repair maintained extreme professionalism while explaining to me that it was a decomposing mouse body that was stinking up my car (coming in through the air vents). "Some" body parts were found and removed. A new blower motor was needed and they had to go buy Febreeze and Lysol to clean out the heater box. Yay, the kids aren't hanging their heads out the windows anymore when we have to go out. THANK YOU Richard!
