There is nothing worse than taking a car into a shop and getting the total run around. Today at Richards I went in for an oil change and transmission flush and was in and out quickly. They didn't try to sell me on new filters and brakes and tires and all the other crap other shops do. I told them to check out the noise coming from my engine and they diagnosed the same problem as the infiniti dealership did. Richards price is 40% lower than Infiniti. Good experience.
