Cliente VerificadoYes you do have a warranty on the Transmission parts and labor. The Transmission has a 3 year and 100k mile warranty. Your Transmission was put in, in November 2025.. You were told that just looking at it, We can not tell if its coming from the transfer-case or the transmission. If you allowed us to take it down and look and we found it was the Transmission seals leaking it would be 100% covered under warranty. But if it was your transfer-case it would be an estimate of $1400 to deal with the transfer case its self. Considering it went 8 months with zero leaks, its obvious there were no issues until now. You chose not to allow us to find out the exact source of the leak. We did not have any reason to reseal or replace anything with the transfer case back in November of 2025. But again we still extend to you the offer of taking it down and finding out if its the transmission or transfer-case leaking. We need to but upfront and honest and that is why we gave you a possible estimate IF it wasn't your transmission that was the issue.
We have no way of knowing or verifying without taking it down. I do apologize for you not understanding, We ourselves were quite confused as to why you didn't want us to take it down to look. Let us know if you decide to find out whats actually leaking or not. Thank you for your review.
No matter how hard we try to help in this industry it seems that its impossible. I wish you had told me you didn't understand what I was explaining to you. I would have tried to explain it again in a different way. No you have paper work on that invoice from the transmission, it says 3 year or 100k mile warranty on it. We hold the Warranty and the Manufacture will warrant it if we submit it. It hurts us none. They just wont warranty a transfer-case if its the problem, because its not theirs or new or under any sort of warranty.
